Chocolate Ice Cream



 
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chocolate
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3 eggs yolk
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
An enough vanilla
How to make:
·        Cook sugar, milk, and vanilla. Then boil those materials.
·        Combine with cornstarch, chocolate, and water.
·        Put the eggs and the milk little by little. Boil those again you are sure that those materials are boiling.
·        When it has been boiling, lift and let it stand until the heat reduces.
·        Enter into the fridge.
·        If it has been hard, it means you are ready to serve the ice creams.
